What We Teach

This 1-week, 4 day camp provides more in-depth education on various safety topics. Our focus is to re-introuce topics and provide more hands on practice along with more in depth discussion of each topic. Following are the main topics covered and a general outline of what to expect each day:

Day One: On The Go! Bike & Helmet Safety and Roundabout Crossing Safety

Day Two: Fire Prevention, Fire Evacuation & Planning along with a Field Trip to the Plain Township Fire Station

Day Three: Police Education, Personal Safety, Online Cautions, 9-1-1, and Emergency Drills along with a Field Trip to the New Albany Police Department

Day Four: Extended Water Safety with a field trip to the Pool!
