What is the Refund Policy?

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all refund requests. By registering to New Albany Safety Town Camp, you agree to this policy.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to SafetyTown@newalbanypolice.org. A 100% refund will be issued for requests received on or before April 30th. No refunds will be issued after May 1st. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including cancellation, inability to attend, or withdrawal from the camp after this date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days of the approval date. The refund will be returned to the original form of payment.
